The senior management team is responsible for its implementation, with all employees expected to comply and promote a culture of equality and diversity. The Named Accountable Officer, James Lomas, Director, oversees the policy's implementation and compliance. This policy covers both workforce and service delivery, ensuring that employees and customers experience an environment free from discrimination and harassment.
